BRIEF INTRODUCATION |
This filling machine, suitable for filling all kinds of mineral water, pure water and various beverages, is based on advanced foreign technology and developed according to the filling process requirements of pure water and other beverages. Adopting the way of hanging bottle neck, it can adapt to various bottle types. Compared with the conventional filling machine, its biggest feature is that it is directly connected with the bottle blowing machine, which effectively avoids the phenomenon of bottle wear during the process of empty bottle conveying and greatly saves production costs. |
OPERATION PRINCIPLES |
1. Transfer after blowing |
After the bottles are blown, they pass through the transition star wheel and are transferred to the CIP system of the filling machine for cleaning. |
2. Filling |
After the bottles are cleaned, the bottles are clamped by the bottle clamps and the filling valve is opened. The material is filled through the filling valve (the filling valve is controlled by stepping motor to open and close, with a high-precision electromagnetic flow meter to measure the filling volume). |
3. End |
After the filling is finished, the bottle drops down and leaves the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the bottle clamp transition paddle wheel. |
